I forgot my battery and my charge ran out, so I'm posting this as I remember it after I get home😇.
For my ninth cup, I went with the Saishu! Not as good as Shinmasa, but it has a sweet and sour taste in its own way and tastes like honeydew. It was pretty easy to drink for a sake👍
