Juicy sweetness in the mouth. The nose is juicy and sweet, not heavy but honey-like, with hints of juicy red grapes. Toward the finish, there is a trace of acidity and a strong bitterness that finishes off. The bitterness is not that unpleasant. It tastes juicy, sweet, slightly acidic, bitter, and sharp.
It tastes something like Omachi, but it is Yamada, I wonder what Omachi would be like.
