The ginjo aroma is not very noticeable.
It is a slightly sweet, mild and full-flavored sake in the mouth.
The other day, I had to drink it while eating a chicken nabe that I made based on a TV program called "Chicken and Mushroom Basil Nabe". It was quite suitable as a food sake 😋.
