This is the first time I have had this sake, which is highly praised as a great sake.
Interesting bottle. Only the mouth part is transparent, which reminds me of Negi Light! （I wonder if anyone can tell 😅.)
The standing aroma is faint. The nose has a light melon, banana fruit and elegant sweetness, with a firm body and a long finish. A sense of luxury slips through to the nose ✨.
I thought it would be more of a classic or good old-fashioned Junmai Daiginjo-style sake, but I got the impression that it was a very refined classic 🤔.
And as a food sake, it has the depth of nostalgia to go well with accompaniments 😋.
