One of the drinks of the day, a
Benten Musume from Ota Sake Brewery, Tottori Prefecture.
Junmai light nigori, Sake degree +8, Alcohol 19-20%.
One would expect the alcohol to be harsh and difficult to drink, but it is a refreshing drink with no hint of alcohol.
We enjoyed the gorgeous taste of Aragori.
The sake has a sake strength of +8, but it does not feel that harsh.
