Information
This unfiltered, unpasteurized sake is made from "Kanamon Nishiki", a contract-grown rice produced in Nagano Prefecture in 2020.
The rich flavor and refined aroma of Kinmon Nishiki expresses the characteristic of Daishinshu.
This is the third stage of Hikarisawa series as the name suggests.
I regret that this was my first Daishinshu.
I would like to try a different Daishinshu and feel the brewer more deeply.
It was a sake that made me want to feel the brewery.
