This is Tsuki no Tama Hibiki, the top-of-the-line sake of Yukitsubaki Shuzo.
It has a fruity aroma, a sweet and soft mouthfeel, a moderate acidity and pungency, a rich flavor, and a moderate sharpness, making it my favorite sake. Even after a few days, the flavor does not fade. It is a sake to be enjoyed on its own, but since it has a sweet taste, we recommend enjoying it with a variety of sakes. It comes in a paulownia wood box, so it makes a good gift.
