Takatsugu
Recently, I've been interested in the best rice for brewing in each prefecture, and this is the first time I've opened a bottle brewed with 100% Kutouryuu rice from Fukui.
The aroma has the typical alcoholic smell of sake in the forefront, and the color is quite golden. The taste has a sharp acidity and a sweetness that you can feel deep inside. It's not flashy at all, but you can feel the sharpness of sake.
It is a sharp sake that will not interfere with a meal.
