I received this wine from a friend who loves Amami. I remember that I drank it once the year before last and it was delicious with a well-balanced soft taste.
It had a fruity aroma of grapes and apples, with a slightly fermented taste like yogurt. It was more acidic and umami than when I drank it before, and less sweet and juicy, but I still thought it was a well-balanced and delicious sake. I enjoyed it again. Thank you for the sake 😋.
