Drinking famous sake! Mimuro Sugi, Nara's famous sake along with Kaze no Mori
The aroma is mild. Smooth mouthfeel, with a ripe sweet umami flavor flowing through! Sourness is a little in the back! Polite with no cloying taste! A slight carbonation accentuates the taste.
An excellent sake that I would recommend to anyone! Delicious as sake should be!
It is best when it goes from chilled to chilled rather than not at all cold.
Mimuro cedar is always gone as soon as it comes in, so I stocked up on it when I bought some Tasake. This will be a big seller!
