Friday's fun opening day 🍶 lol!
Tonight, we have a Toji's Choice Pink Label ✨ from Mansaku no Hana.
It's a food sake, so...my curiosity about ⁉️, which has something in common with Hakurakusei, won out and I bought it without hesitation 😆.
When I opened the bottle...?
It has a subtle ginjo aroma, which is gorgeous for a food sake 🤔.
Then I took a sip 😋.
The sweetness, umami, and sourness 🍋 can be felt at the moment of drinking, but it quickly disappears and the aftertaste is refreshing ✨.
This may be the type of food wine that you can choose what to pair it with... I don't think it can be paired with heavy fat 😅.
This is just my personal opinion, but for yakitori, I would definitely choose shio (salt): ❗️
I'm a little doubtful that tare can shed the taste of tare and reset it ❓....
On the contrary, the balance of sweetness, umami and bitterness, and sharpness... I think the balance is quite good even if it is a single item: 🙆♂️
If you drink it as a substitute for beer, it will make your cup go down a notch 😆.
However...it's still a hard hurdle to break the stronghold of Hakurakusei, which specializes in the ultimate food sake 💧.
