Freshly opened, it has a crispy dry taste. It is not a bad match for grilled mackerel with magnolia leaves, but I feel it is a bit strong. As recommended by the brewery, I would like to wait for two weeks before drinking.
After 10 days, it's better served lukewarm than at room temperature.
A month later, it's rounder and less cloying when heated. It is easy to drink.
