Shinsei No.6 RS-Type2021
This is a bottle of sake that was released as a limited edition to support the reconstruction of Taiwan after the earthquake and tsunami disaster. Of course, it was not available for individual purchase, so I was allowed to have a kaku-uchi at my favorite liquor store.
I was expecting it to be a second fermentation of No.6 RType in the bottle. I thought it was just a second fermentation of No.6 RType in the bottle, but the taste was superb......,
It is light and easy to drink with an alcohol content of 9%, and has a slight sweetness, refreshing acidity, and a fizzy feeling.
It tasted more like a fresh "Ten Frog" than No.6, and I loved it!
