Aroma: Cherry and lactic acidity. Since this sake is intended as a food sake, the rich aroma is less rich than the other Discovery Series, but the ginjo aroma is still present, which is typical of Kangiku. It is undoubtedly delicious, but as a food sake, I would have preferred a little less sweetness and aroma.
