The second drinking with my boss.
Since we have tomorrow, we asked for a special junmai of Hitoroki at the end of the day to finish it there.
Definitely delicious.
It's not flashy, but it's delicious with a strong sense of flavor. There's a sense of mystery and relief when you drink it.
It was a great way to have a good talk with my boss while drinking good drinks. It's nice to drink at home, but it's also nice to drink outside with people you know well. Now I will be able to do my best at work tomorrow.
