It is a Junmai Daiginjo with a rice polishing ratio of 50% and has a surprisingly dark coloring. The fruity aroma is mixed with a sense of maturity. No, rather, the sense of maturity is stronger. The taste is very good and sweet. The sugar content is 10.7%, so it is medium sweet. It is rich and clings to the tongue like honey. When it warms up, the astringency comes out, and this might be better.
