Second fermentation in bottle, 3 different malts, 5ml
5 with stronger carbonation than 3. Well balanced.
Personally, I like this one.
The sweetness is elegant and reminds me of vanilla.
It would also be delicious with mint on top.
Now with the menchu, the taste is different from what I imagined, and I feel like the entrée doesn't match.
It happens sometimes, doesn't it!
