Kayo
I finally went to Imanishi Sake Brewery. Doburoku, a doburoku made from the Kanji (Chinese character for "cedar"), which you can't find in the Kanto region. The fizzing was very alerting. The rice is still there, and it feels like you are eating it rather than drinking it. Yet, the refreshing sweetness makes it very easy to drink! Delicious!

Kayo
Fermenting even after a few days, so be careful opening the bottle: ⚠️ It's delicious with an increased degree of sushiness! It's not amazake at all, though it's right on the edge of becoming amazake if you go one step beyond. It's sweeter than Kikuhime no Nigori, but as refreshing as Kikuhime no Nigori. Delicious!
