It is made from "Dewa-no-sato" sake rice produced by the Takahata-machi Sake Rice Research Association, and is certified as a "Yamagata Selection" and a local "Takahata Brand".
The aroma is reminiscent of wood, and the spiciness is sweet and tasty. Delicious!
