Soft natural water from the Oze mountain range and Yamada-Nishiki grown in Bessho, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, are combined to create this exceptional sparkling sake with gorgeous, fine bubbles. Combining the knowledge of sake brewing with the traditional methods of Champagne, we offer the world's first clear sparkling sake with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
