純米の虜
This is Chiebijin Junmai-shu. When I told my partner that I enjoyed it at an izakaya, he requested that I drink it too, so I bought it. It has a gorgeous, fruity aroma, a moderate acidity that does not interfere with the flavor, and a good umami taste, making it easy to drink and popular with everyone. 20 days or so later, the acidity becomes a bit more noticeable and the aftertaste deteriorates to the point of bitterness, but I think it is drinkable in this way. If you want to drink it without feeling it deteriorate, I recommend buying a four-pack bottle.
