The aroma is a bit sour, almost muscat-like if I had to guess. In the mouth, there is a slightly tangy gas feeling with smooth umami and acidity. The umami spreads gradually, and the acidity accentuates and tightens the taste, which gradually fades away.
It is dry and light among the Akabusu, and is a delicious sake with a summery sweet and sour taste.
