Sake My Life
The nose is mildly fruity. The aroma is mildly fruity, not quite floral, but soft. Sometimes the ginjo aroma can be too strong, but this is not the case, and the aroma makes it easy to take another sip.
The taste is "mellow, rich, and lightly umami. It also has a refreshing acidity that is not overbearing. It has a muscat flavor. Although the sweetness is not as thick as one would expect from Dewa Sanzan, it has a soft, jelly-like texture and the acidity at the end is not overly fruity, and it comes together as a beautiful and comfortable sweetness. If one were to visualize the taste, it would be like water in a weightless state.
It is too easy to describe it as simply sweet, though it is much more on the sweet side than the middle of sweet and dry. In general, there is no doubt that this sake has a high level of quality.
Please try it.
