ギョーザ
This sake is a sweet sake.
It is a very tasty sake with a refined acidity and umami flavor.
Since this sake is from Yusa, I served it with omizuke (pickled radish), dashi tofu, and salted natto (fermented soybeans).
I love salted natto💕.
