I'm not feeling well but I'm thinking of getting rid of it with alcohol. It is not so hard to move, so I made a vinegared dish. It has a gorgeous aroma and is more sour and bitter. (I'm not feeling well, so the way I feel may be different due to that, but I want to leave a record of what I felt today). It seems to be receptive to dishes with strong flavors, such as simmered dishes.
