At Mori, a famous okonomiyaki restaurant on the west exit side of Okayama Station. With delicious okonomiyaki. Hinase is famous for oysters in Okayama.
I thought this kind of sake would be a classic type, but it was surprisingly refreshing and easy to drink. I could taste a little bit of rice flavor.
It was just right to refresh the strong flavor of the sauce.
