It's really not for the experts (it doesn't stink), it's beautiful and delicious.
It also has an elegant aroma like white grapes.
It has a sharp and disciplined mouthfeel, with a light sweetness and umami taste, and a nice sharpness.
The price is very good and inexpensive.
I am glad I ordered it.
The vegetables in the carrot rappée were delicious.
