I've had the rice we use, Bear in the Woods, and I was under the impression that it was delicious.
Sweet and sour combined with a sweet and sour taste.
It was served cold, and I could feel the sharpness.
I've heard that you can taste the rice when it's warmed up, so I'd like to try it.
