I was expecting a classic junmai sake, but it turned out to be quite modern.
Slightly chili-chili-chili-chili-chili-chili-chili-chili
Mild sweetness, followed by fruity fresh acidity.
The label on the back says it's supposed to be served with food.
but it can also be enjoyed on its own.
Pairing: Flounder with sweet and sour vegetable sauce
