I bought it in a bottle because I had heard rave reviews on the sake that was served on the Sake Lab channel during Sake vs. Wine.
It has the flavor and deliciousness of Senkou, but with a pleasant white wine-like flavor that finishes with a fluffy, sharp edge without being sharp.
It tastes more sexy than just sweet.
My wife also liked this sake.
