@Oyakawasan This week, the main focus is on BLOSSOM MOON in Nabeshima. I bought one more bottle of wine. I combined them in the same Kyushu area, but I don't know the label at all, so I'm looking forward to it! I guess it must have a strong flavor because of the name, Houjun... Rice is 100% Gin-no-sato from Oita Prefecture Nice use of local rice👍 Well, when I drank it, I found that it had a sweetness because of the folds involved, but it also had a sweetness. It has a similar feel to the Machida Shuzo I had the other day, but The tingling sensation is not that strong and It seems to have a slightly strong acidity. I paired it with shime saba (mackerel), but it was a sour double W. I drank it while thinking about what to pair it with. The acidity seems to increase as the temperature rises. Personally, I like to drink it well chilled and enjoy the moderate acidity and tingling sensation. It will taste even better with the right food 😜. Delicious 😋.
