Well, when I drank it, I found that it had a sweetness because of the folds involved, but it also had a sweetness.
It has a similar feel to the Machida Shuzo I had the other day, but
The tingling sensation is not that strong and
It seems to have a slightly strong acidity.
I paired it with shime saba (mackerel), but it was a sour double W.
I drank it while thinking about what to pair it with.
The acidity seems to increase as the temperature rises.
Personally, I like to drink it well chilled and enjoy the moderate acidity and tingling sensation.
It will taste even better with the right food 😜.
