The second bottle I tasted was Takachiyo.
The alcohol content is a little high and a little tingly since it's unpasteurized, but since we just opened this one, it's also very gassy, and I wonder how it will change once it's settled. And I'm looking forward to it.
The mouthfeel is a little thick and sweet and the alcohol is very strong. But it is a sake that makes me want to drink it again!
