JYUSHIRO GINZEN NAMA-ZUME
This is the one that I missed the timing to open.
The color is a little yellow. It smells sweet, but not extremely so. It is light on the palate, with a slight sourness, but with a light sweetness. It is good. Not too sweet and not too light. It is easy to drink without the unpleasant sweetness. You can drink it easily. This is a quintessential sake. The acidity is good. Even if you drink too much, the acidity handles it well.
I've been drinking a lot of brewed sake lately, and the alcohol used to make it easier to drink has been coming out more strongly, but this one goes down easy. I found myself opening about half of it.
