Sake made from Yamagata Prefecture's original sake rice, "Yuki-Majin".
I drank a product made from the same sake rice at Hakuro Taruzu, and the fine aroma and elegant sweetness struck a chord with me!
Fresh and juicy Junmai Daiginjo-shu. It was a superb bottle. I will definitely buy a bottle next year.
