At the danchu festival.
I was intrigued by the key phrase "ice-aged" and tried this sake.
It is not very old sake-like, but surprisingly, it has the atmosphere of a sake.
The taste is light, but the flavor is robust, with a lingering aftertaste that can be savored even in small quantities!
I felt like eating udon or soba noodles after drinking it, so personally, I think it would probably go well with warm soup stock.
