(My own opinion of the drink) Here is a chart diagram for my own drinking comparison. It is not the same! I am sure some of you will point this out to me. I would appreciate it if you could tell me. Snow Kayasha is always a consistently good sake. Now, I am looking forward to seeing what this new sake is like. It looks almost colorless and transparent, with a really slight yellowish tinge. Surprisingly, there is no greenish taste even though it is a nama-shu. The top nose has a strong aroma of white peach and lychee. The tongue feels sweet and sour from the moment it enters the mouth. When swallowed, the rice flavor spreads quite firmly down the throat. The body is thicker and firmer than standard junmai ginjo. It does not have the acidity of Senkou, but has a round sourness that makes it express a well-balanced sweet and sour taste. There is no bitterness or miscellaneous taste. It is my favorite sake. The flavor is more intense than the design of a beautiful sake. The chart position is half more sweetness than the best position. Junmai Ginjo in blue is delicious throughout the year, but the new pink sake is even better. We are happy to drink such a delicious sake.
