Really fruity! great knowledge This is a very limited edition product made from Kajo Kotobuki Omachi brewed by Honke Kotobaya Shuzo, a long-established brewery with a history of about 300 years! It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from Omachi, a rice suitable for sake brewing, polished to 48%, and shipped unfiltered and unpasteurized! The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, with a rich flavor that spreads throughout the palate and the juiciness that only unfiltered raw sake can bring! It has a gorgeous sweetness like a ripe tropical fruit and a perfect balance of acidity! This is a must have for Omachi fans! Be careful not to drink too much! "Since the brewery's establishment, there has been a rule of 300 years that the wine must be sterilized by fire before shipping. This is a limited series born from the brewer's desire to have people drink the sake as it is, even if it means breaking that rule! A beautiful sake full of fruitiness! And it's delicious!
