It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from Omachi, a rice suitable for sake brewing, polished to 48%, and shipped unfiltered and unpasteurized!
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, with a rich flavor that spreads throughout the palate and the juiciness that only unfiltered raw sake can bring!
It has a gorgeous sweetness like a ripe tropical fruit and a perfect balance of acidity!
This is a must have for Omachi fans! Be careful not to drink too much!
