ごう
The nose has an isoey aroma of slightly young bananas. The top clear, fresh, and transparent taste has a soft sweetness and umami along with a light gassy feeling. When the oli is mixed in, the smooth mouthfeel is powerful and thick, with a good amount of acidity and bitterness. The lingering aftertaste is relatively long and slowly fades away. The freshness of Gohyakumangoku is delicious only at this time of the year.
