Yuki no Bosha山廃純米 ひやおろし
くるま麩
Sake I chose because I thought it could be enjoyed warmed up.
This time I chose a sake from the Saiya Sake Brewery in Akita Prefecture called "Yukino Kayasha".
Yamahai Junmai Hiyoshi Oroshi from Saiya Sake Brewery in Akita Prefecture.
The mellow mouthfeel was followed by a beautiful acidity that spread out.
As the acidity recedes, it is replaced by a rich umami and sweetness that is very relaxing.
It has a fruity sweet and sour taste when chilled, and for me, I enjoyed it more when it was lukewarm.
