This 19° draft sake was in fighting mode when it opened, probably because it had only been in the brewery for a short time.
When we heated it up, it rounded out and we decided to let it sit for a while.
After a week, it was ready to drink cold, so I enjoyed it alternating between the youthfulness of cold sake and the robust flavor of lukewarm sake.
