The amount of activity is humongous. There was a tremendous blow up when I first opened the seal. It took a while to open the bottle.
The rice grains still remain and it contains a lot of gas. It is very spicy and sharp. It is so thick, yet refreshing. It seems to go well with simmered fish with a strong flavor.
