The price of alcohol has gone up recently, I bought it for the first time in a year and a half. I guess it could be because it is a draft sake, On the first day after opening the bottle, it was as stiff as before, with each of the five flavors asserting itself, giving it a flabby feeling. On the second day, it calmed down a little and became coherent in its own way. It is still a little sharp, but I don't dislike it. As time goes by, the sweetness seems to become stronger. It is a little more punchy than the middle-grade version of the instrument Masamune.
