On a personal note, my father-in-law passed away at the end of the year, and the funeral has just finished.
It has been an extraordinary year, but somewhere in the world, things like this are happening every day, and on the other side of the world, our daily lives are continuing.
I would like to cherish each and every day while being thankful that we are able to live safely and peacefully.
Today, I would like to introduce a sake from my hometown, Shiga.
Kita Sake Brewery, known for its Kirakucho sake.
This sake is sold only at local liquor stores.
It has a sharp taste with a gentle texture of orikara-mi.
We enjoyed it with a delicious bite.
It is a delicious sake with a gorgeous sweet depth.
I felt it was similar to the taste of Yoshida Kurau.
