Limited to one bottle per person. Rikuwada" is a rare sake rice cultivated by Mr. Takagi, the chairman of the brewer of "Jyushiyo" and is grown by only a few farmers and in small quantities. Currently, only "Hanayuup" has inherited the rice as a raw material for this junmai sake, and Mr. Takagi provided technical guidance to the brewery.
It is a gorgeous sake with a slightly sweet aroma, a refined sake quality like Wasanbon, a good balance with a slight acidity, and a good sharpness 🍶.
Tonight we had it with sukiyaki 😁.
