Wakabotan八蝶 ヒノヒカリ
Ryohei
2025.133rd.
The first time I received Waka Botan. The first sake from Oita Prefecture. It is from Imadeya's hanpukai.
I heard that they use Hinohikari rice, but the taste is not very floral, not assertive, and mild.
It gives the impression of being a "food sake," a versatile sake that can be paired with all kinds of food.
Personally, I like sake that can be drunk on its own, and I am glad to have found this sake brewery's sake in Imadeya's hanpukai.
It is not often seen in Kansai, but if I have a chance to see it, I would like to pick it up.
Thank you for the sake.
