It is as dry and refreshing as I have heard.
But it tastes more like carpaccio than sashimi.
More like aqua pazza than grilled fish.
I guess you could call it a white wine position...?
Also, it goes well with fish roe. I am sure it would go well with crabmeat, too. I think it goes well with fish and shellfish that have a certain habit.
