It's hiyaoroshi season.
Yuki no Bijin Misanishiki Hiyakioroshi has a slight tingling and gassy sensation in the mouth, and it feels so fresh that one might think, "Is this new sake?" I thought it was new sake. However, it is followed by a unique matured umami and bitterness that is very tasty!
It looks like we can enjoy drinking it this fall as well.
