Kaze no MoriALPHA TYPE2
Sekashi
It is said that the more polished the rice is, the more it loses its rough taste, but I was curious to know what 22% polished rice really tastes like, so I bought it.
The first sip was very refreshing. The taste changes to a melon-like flavor in the mouth, followed by a sourness that is unique to sake. It is moderately sweet and is one that you will never get tired of.
There was only one bottle left in stock, so I would like to buy it again if it is available in stores. I would also like to complete the Kaze no Mori series.
