This one is more refreshing than Kankoubai.
Rather than being dry, it is more like it is just on the edge of being dry, with less sweetness and acidity.
I wonder if it is a sake that can be matched with different dishes in a variable way.
I'm glad to hear that there are so many different types of summer sake. 😁.
If I could control the temperature and vibration, I would like to bring in a sparring system as well, but well, that's a story for another time! (LOL)
