Saku Kaminoho 2020
I was very interested in this wine because it is made from the original rice of Mie Prefecture, "Kami-no-ho".
It has a gorgeous aroma, pineapple? Peach? It has a tropical taste like pineapple or peach.
The balance of sweetness, sourness and bitterness is well balanced and it is easy to drink.
